We are looking to recruit a committed and capable educationalist, who is keen to develop their career as part of a senior management team. This role would prove a valuable career opportunity for the right person to extend their experience of management and administration in a large independent school, where the tasks are diverse and demanding. The successful candidate will need to have management vision, problem-solving capability, a commitment to young people and a desire to be involved in the challenges of this rewarding task that focuses on the physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing of our pupils. The Deputy Head Pupil Wellbeing sits on the Senior Management Team and plays an integral role in the strategic direction of Berkhamsted Schools Group.
