We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Professional to work in our forward thinking IT Department. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a busy helpdesk team spanning multiple sites in line with FITS / ITIL standards.
You will be highly organised, proactive, have strong attention to detail and be used to managing multiple complex projects while considering scalability and the client’s needs. You will also have excellent customer service skills and be a strong line manager; always leading by example. First and second line technical support skills must be of an exceptional standard.
