Heatherton holiday traditions: Chiltern Toy Drive

Last week, in annual tradition, Heatherton families came together to spread festive cheer and ensure that every child has a wonderful Christmas. In partnership with the Chiltern Toy Bank, pupils donated pre-loved toys, books, games and other thoughtful gifts to support children and families in need across the community.

Throughout the week, pupils brought in presents suitable for a range of ages. On Friday, the donations were then loaded onto the School minibus, with the help of Mr Geary and his dedicated helpers. These gifts were then delivered to Chiltern Toy Bank, where they’ll be sorted and wrapped up in time for the holidays.

Heatherton have been donating to Chiltern Toy Bank for a number of years. The organisation is inspirational, with a team of dedicated volunteers who work tirelessly throughout the year to ensure that children can enjoy the festive season.
