Welcome to Heather Town: A place where parents and children grow together through the power of play.
What is Heather Town?
Enjoying parent-led play with your child is not only fun – it’s a vital part of their development. Research shows the impact of play in the early years on building skills like problem-solving, creativity and emotional regulation. Heatherton is offering the opportunity for families to come and use our creative play area and discover how to safely encourage young children to take risks and discover the world around them through play. It’s how we encourage learning at Heatherton every day.
At Heather Town, children’s imagination has no limits. In this specially designed environment, every step, smile and interaction has an important part to play in your little one’s development. Come along and witness the beginning of a journey of lifelong growth. It all starts with play!
Session Information
Sessions run from 09:30 to 10:15. Whether it’s after a school drop-off or simply a morning of playful adventure, Heather Town is the perfect way to start your little one’s day.
Heather Town Rules for Happy Play!
⭐ Stay With Your Grown-Up – Your parent or guardian will stay close while you play to keep you safe.
🤗 Play Kindly – Let’s be friends! No pushing, shouting, or unkind words.
🍏 Keep It Tidy – No food or drinks on the play equipment. Let’s keep it clean for everyone!
😊 Feel Good First – If you’re feeling poorly, take a rest at home until you’re better.
🎒 Take Care of Your Things – Keep your belongings together on one of the benches or in your buggy.
🧸 Be Gentle with Toys & Equipment – Play nicely with everything—no throwing or taking toys away from play areas.

How to Book
It is easy to book a play session at Heather Town, simply click on the button below and you will be taken to our dedicated Ticketsolve page where you can easily book a space for you and you child at our next event. Heather Town caters for around 30 children per session, so make sure to book early to secure your place.

As part of your booking you will be asked to complete a consent and emergency details form. Please see our privacy notice for more information on how any personal data provided when making a booking, or provided on the day of your visit, will be used and stored by the School.
