Hotel

Most speakers have a room booked at The Kings Arms, 147 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HL.  The hotel does not have any parking – please see parking below.

When checking in, please quote, Prad Samtani, Berkhamsted School so they can find the booking, then your name to be allocated your specific room.

The hotel booking is board only on the basis that tea/coffee and refreshments (pastries and fruit) will be available from 8am in Deans’ Hall. However if you would like breakfast at the Kings Arms (served from 7am) please let reception know when you check in.

Parking

Parking is available on Castle Campus the night before from 5pm, however if you choose to leave your car there you will not be able to leave the site until the following afternoon (on the day of the conference). Additionally the the gates will be closed from 7pm-7am.

Please arrive as if you’re a delegate to the conference and you will be escorted to Deans’ Hall.
