Accommodation

If you’ve booked overnight guests, your accommodation is covered and you’ll receive a room per guest. This includes breakfast.

Setup

We’re located in the Avon Suite which is on the ground floor close to reception.  If you’re arriving on the 18th, setup will be from 14:00, however you must be done by 18:00 as we’re hosting welcome drinks in the conference area.

If you’re arriving to setup on the day, Tuesday 19th, you can setup from 07:00, but but must be done by 09:00.

Parking

There’s ample parking for all sponsors and delegates on the hotel site.

Welcome Drinks and Networking Dinner

On Monday 18th we’re inviting all overnight guests to arrive for welcome drinks at 18:00 before serving dinner at 19:00

One drink is included in the delegates fees, however we’re hoping, and somewhat expecting, that sponsors will buy drinks for the delegates they’re in contact with during the evening.

Sponsors will be spread across tables during the dinner, please agree with fellow sponsors how you’re going to settle the drinks bill.
