Setup

Deans’ Hall located on Castle Campus will be open between 5pm-7pm the night before for sponsors to set up.  Access from 7am on the day of the conference for anyone setting up on the morning. Berkhamsted take safeguarding seriously and as a safeguarded site we require everyone to sign in on both the Monday and Tuesday – Please ensure you wear your sponsors badge at all times when on site.

Parking

Parking for sponsors is available on Castle Campus the night before from 5pm, however if you choose to leave your car there you will not be able to leave the site until the following afternoon (on the day of the conference). Additionally the the gates will be closed from 7pm-7am.

Dress code is smart casual

Timings on the day

07:00 – Access to Deans’ Hall for venue setup. No parking available.
07:30 – Haslam Field opens for park and ride, however first transfer not until 08:00. Allow 10 min transfer.
07:30 – Tea and Coffee open for sponsors
08:15 – First delegates arrive
08:30 – Tea and Coffee / pastries open for delegates
08:30 – All sponsors to be onsite for this time
09:00 – Majority of delegates likely to be onsite
09:15 – Delegates ushered to sit
09:30 – Conference starts – you can choose to sit with delegates or stay in the sponsors zone. You need a chaperone if you need to leave Deans’ Hall.
11:15 – Please give delegates priority to get refreshments.
