The team at Centenary Theatre are a team of passionate and technology driven young individuals with a wealth of specialist experience of over 20 years in the theatre environment
Matt has always had a passion for technology and after finding himself at a dead end some years back decided to study Music Technology at University as a mature student. From there he spent some time in the Music industry working with independent record labels on everything from A&R to World tours. After a spell teaching Music Technology in state school he found his love for the stage and spend the following seven or eight years working with various state schools in theatre whilst freelancing at a number of professional theatres.
Matt has been with Centenary theatre since 2011 and during his time has made considerable developments to the technical capabilities of the Centenary and the level of support we can provide your event.

Andrew is a unique young man with an unrelenting passion for the arts, its technologies and the intricacies of the theatre. If you could personify the theatre he would be it. Andrew has worked closely with Matt for almost ten years and their working relationship is unrivalled, this speaks volumes in the feedback that we have received post event. Andrew has no formal qualification but has most certainly earned his stripes and his lighting design skills are first rate, again speaking for themselves in the comments and feedback often received. Andrew also has a wealth of experience in theatre in education and comes from a stat school back ground where he too was a theatre manager. Andrew has been with us since 2013 and we expect him to go onto great things in his future here at CT.

The newest member of our team Louis comes fresh from Parmiters School after completing his A-Levels. Whilst Louis may not have any previous experience in theatre he most certainly makes up for it with pasion and enthusiasm. He has an impeccable CV with A in both A-Level music & Music Technology and in his free time is a freelance music teacher and a lead singer in a band.
We are delighted to have Louis with us and thus far has been an invaluable asset to the Centenary theatre team. We are certain that whatever he chooses to do in future he will certainly be ‘A Major’.
