This term, Berkhamsted pupils have excelled across a wide variety of sports – achieving both individual and team success at county, regional, national and even international levels.

Here are just a few highlights from the past term:

Lacrosse

U15 National Schools Lacrosse Champions

U13 National Schools Lacrosse Champions

U13A gained a 100%-win record over the season in Lacrosse

U12 Lacrosse A and B teams won the County Cup. C team were runners up in their respective competitions.

Molly K selected for U20 England team and Emily S-J selected for South Africa Senior Team for Home Internationals.

U12 Reigate 7s Winners

U14 reached quarter final of QEB 7s

U15 Winners of Merchant Taylors 7s

U16 QEB 7s Winners for the first time in history

U16s Herts County Cup Sevens Winners

U18s won the Schools Championship 7s Plate

U18s runners up to Millfield Surrey 7s Cup

U18 Girls Rugby entered Rosslyn Park 7s for the first time in 8 years. At the tournament, they were awarded the fair play award for their age category.

Logan, Charlie and Oli included in U17 England Rugby Training Camp

Alex received a Saracens contract into their senior academy.

Oxford University Coaches were welcomed for a Prep to Senior Masterclass

Football

Girls 1XI winners of the ISFA Football Shield

Boys 2XI, 3XI and U15B Winners of the Southern Independent Schools Lent league.

Hugo – Crystal Palace academy contract

Sophie – Oxford United academy contract

Fives 

U12 Fives National Champions (Boys)

U13 Rugby Fives National Champions (Boys)

Cricket

U13 and U15 Hertfordshire Indoor Cricket Champions

Squash

Four Squash teams qualified for the National Finals for the first time

George finished 10th in the Squash National championships (A year young!)

Skiing

A boys and girls team entered the National Ski racing finals for the first time.

Ellie U represented Great Britain in two international competitions, finishing in the top ten in all her races and also competed in the English Championships in Italy, finishing third overall.

Golf 

U18s Winners of the ISGA Plate competition

Cross Country

Tom F and Emily F competed in the National Cross Country Finals representing Hertfordshire.
