We inspire every student to strive for excellence in all that they do and to fully embrace the plethora of opportunities on offer at Berkhamsted Sixth, be that in their academic studies, extracurricular activities, community service, and most importantly, fostering meaningful relationships with peers, teachers, and support staff. We encourage our students to pursue their passions, fostering a sense of purpose, pride, and fulfilment along the way. By challenging them to give their best and aim high with integrity, we hold them accountable for their learning, believing they will rise to meet high expectations. In Berkhamsted Sixth we offer opportunities to gain essential skills and leadership experiences, laying the groundwork for future success and happiness, while equipping them with the qualifications needed to achieve their personal goals. We strive for every student to feel valued, supported, respected, encouraged, and challenged, allowing them to be themselves, reach their potential, and develop the skills and confidence they need not only to do well, but to do good after Berkhamsted.
Our students leave as happy, healthy young adults who appreciate their opportunities and grow into successful and fulfilled global citizens.
Supported by our dedicated staff, they develop a lifelong love of learning and essential transferable skills that will serve them throughout their lives. At Berkhamsted Sixth, every student cultivates responsibility, direction, self-discipline, organisation, and independence, ensuring a smooth transition to higher education or the world of work.
