Fitness Class Descriptions

Legs, Bums & Tums: Suitable for beginners to advanced levels. A low impact aerobic warm up which moves onto the big muscles of the lower body with a mix of squats and lunges, and more dynamic movements to burn calories. Then a focus on core conditioning to strengthen and tone core muscles. All to upbeat tempos to keep moving & motivated!

Aquafit: Targets all aspects of physical fitness through movement in the water. Creative cardiovascular work will be combined with water resistance training to tone and firm the whole body.

Pilates: The emphasis is on control of the deep stabilising muscles of the trunk, which support the spine. This reduced postural pain, enhances efficiency of movement and improves overall well being.

HIIT: A 45 minute high intensity class working all the muscle groups. A great way to start the weekend.
