Situated in South Buckinghamshire on the edge of the Chiltern Hills, Amersham is set in the valley of the River Misbourne. Amersham is divided into two parts, Old Amersham has a quaint, historic feel with a range of shops, cafes and restaurants, many of which are independent. Just under a mile away at the top of the valley is Amerham-on-the-Hill which has more well-known brands such as Pizza Express, Costa, Jojo Maman Bebe and Waterstones.
Amersham is a lively town, popular with young families and commuters who want to remain well connected to London. The town benefits from being just 45 minutes from central London, and is conveniently located in zone 9 of the London Underground Network, and also on the mainline train service into London Marylebone Station.
