Your Visitor Journey
Virtual Open Event (early summer)
An online introduction to the values and ethos of the school. Recommended as a first introduction to the school before you visit us in person.
Open Event (September)
Visit Heatherton, hear from our Headteacher, Mrs Nicola Nicoll, and take a tour of the school. Recommended for those wishing to join at our official entry points of Nursery, Reception or Year 2 in 2025 and beyond. Other year groups are subject to availability – please contact Admissions for more information.
Stay and Play (October)
An opportunity to join us with your child to take part in activities and find out more about the school. Recommended for those joining Nursery or Reception in 2025 and beyond.

Co-Ed Nursery
Our nurturing and inspiring co-ed Nursery offers outstanding Early Years education for girls and boys from the term they turn three to the start of Reception.

Preparing for Senior Schools
At Heatherton, we know that choosing the right school is one of the most important decisions that you will have to make about your daughter’s future. We prepare the girls at Heatherton for a diverse range of Senior Schools, including Grammar and Independent Schools.
Heatherton pupils will stand out from others in their holistic preparation for moving up to Senior School. Our pupils are wholly supported in preparing for the transfer process for entry into any Senior School they may wish to apply for and also when preparing for Scholarships.
