The Conference

The next Berkhamsted IT Conference is taking place over a day and a half, starting Wednesday 26th to Thursday 27th November 2025

Decision makers will be present at the conference – IT Directors and SMT/SLT Leads in IT. The conference is for Independent Schools only.

100+ attendees

approx. 70 schools targeted with normally 2 attendees per school.

1:1 device deployment

1:1 deployment of Microsoft Surface and the cloud technology that supports it. We’ll be hearing from other schools

£100-300 per attendee

option of full delegate with overnight stay or day delegate

The hot topic of AI will also heavily feature on the day.

  • 1.8m x 1.8m space for stand in a central location within the conference space which will be the base for the delegates where they will spending the vast majority of the time between sessions.

The event is being held offsite at Crowne Plaza, Gerrards Cross. The decision to use a conference venue is mainly to accommodate more delegates, from further afield, and provide the overnight option
