Chesham Arts Festival success
Huge congratulations to all the girls who entered
the Chesham Arts Festival last weekend. We produced 30 entrants for the
prestigious Speech section, and walked away with three first
positions, two seconds and four thirds. Nine girls were also awarded Honours
certificates for achieving marks of 90% and over.

Shield so impressed the judges that they were awarded trophies and were asked
to perform their pieces again at the Chesham Arts Festival Final Concert for
Music and Speech at the Elgiva Theatre on Sunday 21st February at 3pm.
“I really wanted the girls to enjoy the experience and finish
with a smile on their faces, which they all did,” said Mrs Fenton. “The amazing results were a
fabulous bonus.”
