More Netball Triumphs!
Year 6 Netball Tournament Winners
Our Year 6 Netball team are definitely on a roll at the moment. Last weekend, the girls played in the Chiltern and South Bucks Primary School High 5 Netball tournament in High Wycombe and won all the games in their section. The scores were: 7-0 v Holmer Green Juniors 2; 3-0 v Great Missenden 2; 2-1 v Dair House; 6-0 v Chalfont St Giles 1; 6-0 v Robertswood; and 7-0 v Our Lady’s RC School. We were then placed in the A group for the quarter finals, which we won 5-0 v St Josephs, going on to beat Dair House 3-1 in the semi-finals and then to beat Gateway 3-2 in the final to win the A section and take the overall tournament trophy. The whole team played brilliantly and the end result was definitely the icing on the cake – well done, girls!
