Parents and guests sing the praises of pupils’ Spring Concert performance

Over 200 pupils have performed in front of a packed-out Centenary Theatre for the 2017 Spring Concert

The talent and performances of the pupils from Year 7 right through to Year 13 stunned the audience.

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all your hard work with the concert last night.  My husband and I haven’t been to a school concert before and we were absolutely blown away with the talent and level of commitment from both the pupils and staff. Thank you for a great evening.” Lucy Carter, Parent.

“Loved it! Music staff do a fantastic job. My 8 year old daughter came along with me and was totally absorbed. After Chloe sang in Big Band, she leaned over and said ‘I want to be able to sing like that one day.” Becky Miles, Parent and Biology Teacher.

“Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the concert and we both think (though not being music experts!) that the quality gets better and better.  We particularly enjoyed the orchestra and there were many feet tapping to the Chicago extracts – it was brilliant and also so lovely to see so many people making up the orchestra.” Parent
