Prep Residential Trips 2016

Prep Residential Trips 2016
This term, every pupil at the Prep School has had the opportunity to attend a residential trip, embarking on a wide range of outdoor and adventurous activities in the process.

Year 3 had a night under canvas as they learnt lots of new and exciting bushcraft skills, including setting traps, making fires and cooking their own meals. Year 4 had two nights away from home at an activity centre in Wiltshire. They used the high ropes course, abseiled and played lots of fun teambuilding games during their stay. Year 5 spent the week on the French coast near Hardelot. They practised their language skills in many of the places they visited and bought their lunch in the market. Year 6 spent a week in Devon where they enjoyed a wide range of physical challenged which included canoeing and surfing as well as taking in the beautiful rugged coastal paths of Appledore.

Adventure Week has now become a well-established and popular feature of the Trinity term and has provided the pupils with many happy memories to cherish as a result! The children are already looking forward to next year!
