Sixth Sense shine at Hertfordshire Finals

Sixth Sense shine at Hertfordshire Finals

In March Sixth Form Young Enterprise group Sixth Sense were judged as overall winners at the Dacorum and Rickmansworth Young Enterprise Finals.  Since then the team have worked even harder in preparation for the Hertfordshire Finals which took place on Wednesday 27th April 2016.

Sixth Sense travelled to the University of Hatfield and smoothly presented their hologram products for mobile devices including phones and Ipads with great confidence. The hours of work the team has put into their project throughout the year paid off, as they were named one of the two overall winners at the Hertfordshire Finals. Acknowledgement was gained by the students in more ways than one as they were also rewarded the title of ‘Best Trade Stand’. Each team member should be very proud of their achievements as well as their presentation in which they displayed great knowledge and composure to secure the winning position.

Sixth Sense will now progress through to the East of England Finals on 16th June which will be held at the University of Cambridge – a fantastic accomplishment!

We wish the members of Sixth Sense – Georgina St John, Isabel Hurst, Imogen Hopkins, Caitlin Bullen-Teasdale, Claudia Lambert-Ng, Madeleine MacConnol, Daniel Ward, India Skelt, Honor Gulliford, Jonathan Dunkley, Samuel Robertson and Millie Quick – every success in the next round of the Young Enterprise competition.
