Sketching at the pond
As part of our “Art in the Environment” project, Year 3 went sketching at Chesham Bois pond. We were lucky with the weather, the warmest day of the year so far. It was dry underfoot too, so we were able to sketch comfortably. We learnt to use view finders and did several small and large sketches. We will use these at school when we learn to create water-colour paintings and collage pictures.
